Nakheel Developments launches LIVYN project in a prime location on Suez Road in Shorouk city
Nakheel Developments has launched its new fully integrated residential project, LIVYN, in the heart of one of Cairo’s fastest-growing areas, directly on Suez Road in El Shorouk City.

It is approximately 5 minutes from Madinaty, around 15 minutes from the New Capital, and about 20 minutes from New Cairo, giving it a competitive location that enhances both its residential and investment appeal.

The firm is a specialized consultancy with over 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in architecture design, urban planning, landscape design, and interior design, ensuring that the project is executed to the highest architectural standards.
Mr. Sherif El-Domyati, Chief Commercial Officer at Nakheel Developments, stated that LIVYN is a fully integrated residential community featuring a variety of housing units, alongside serviced apartments, a commercial area, medical services, and recreational and sports zones.
The development also offers a wide range of amenities and facilities that enhance daily quality of life, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, a gym, a wellness center, and a comprehensive medical center.
El-Domyati added that the project offers a variety of residential units to meet the needs of different customer segments, with unit spaces starting from 77 sqm for one-bedroom apartments, 120 sqm for two-bedroom apartments, and up to 148 sqm for three-bedroom units.
He also noted that the project includes a premium phase called Grand Phase, featuring larger and more spacious units. This phase includes Type A units of 160 sqm (3 bedrooms) and 196 sqm (4 bedrooms), as well as Type B units of 162 sqm (3 bedrooms), to provide a wide range of housing options that suit different families.
He disclosed that the company has ensured flexible payment plans, starting with just 5% down payment and up to 10-year installment plans.
